Gianmarco Otiniano is a Los Angeles based animator, illustrator, and storyboard artist with a love for playful, and offbeat storytelling.

 

Born in Peru and raised in Southern California, he developed an early love for animation and visual storytelling that continues to shape his work today.

​

In 2018 Gianmarco graduated from Laguna College of Art and Design with a BFA in Animation and has been working in animation and illustration ever since. He’s especially interested in stylized work, comedy, and creating characters and worlds that feel both strange and sincere.

​

When he’s not drawing or teaching at OCSA, he’s usually reading comics, watching horror movies, or hanging out with his cat, Fig.
